- It is named after its predecessor, India’s first Aircraft Carrier which played important role in the 1971 war
- MoU signed for rapid development of modern Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) under Bharatmala Pariyojna
- MMLPs to act as stations for cargo movement with roadways, railways & inland waterways access
- MoU was signed between:
- National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML),
- Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) and
- Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL)
- SING (Spectrographic Investigation of Nebular Gas) Project under stress due to India-China dispute
- India-Russia in collaboration are installing Made-in-India spectroscope aboard the Chinese space station Tiangong since 2019 in under this initiative led by UN
- Spectrograph is an instrument that studies ultraviolet radiations by spliting light into wavelengths and frequencies
